Renee’ Massey joined Red Oak Realty as Senior Property Manager in July 2011. She has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Ms. Massey exemplifies a special combination of knowledge, performance and integrity in her work. She understands the balance between controlling operating expenses and providing a level of service that ensures value. Ms. Massey leads a growing team of talented professionals while managing a portfolio of properties totaling approximately one million square feet. The portfolio consists of office, medical, retail, industrial, parking garages and land.

Ms. Massey has worked for various property management companies in her career taking on the responsibilities for day-to-day operations including accounting, reporting, budget preparation, vendor contract negotiations, tenant relations, tenant improvement construction and overseeing management and engineering staff.
